loving it

I've installed this thing in my kitchen counter top and I've been loving it since. It's been two months now and it's performing as it should. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a sleek three way faucet.
Largely good, 2 design flaws, only product in its class

AFAIK it's the only comparable product in its class so I'd buy it again somewhat because of a lack of choice. That said, it's largely fine. Easy enough to install, looks good, works well.
Except:
1. The pull-out hose length vs retract compromise. The hose retracts based on you attaching a heavy weight to the hose under the sink. The hose comes down from the faucet and goes BACK to the faucet, so you have to attach the weight on the sprayer-side of the nadir (fold/midpoint) when the hose is fully retracted. This is half the length of the hose, minus the length within the faucet (which the weight hits and prevents further extension) which leads to the 18" or howevermuch. This isn't that much hose - our last one was about 3 foot which was great. This one is short enough that it barely gets out of the sink area. If you remove the weight you get that 3-foot length... but it doesn't retract. I'm trying to conceptualise how to solve this but am drawing a black.
1.5 during install, make sure the weight & hose have enough space under the sink so they're not hitting anything or resting on anything (e.g. any of the other various tubes & wires you have under there).
2. If you've set it up properly, the hose will retract, albeit slowly. UNTIL the the final centimeter. The hose head has a squared-off manifold, and the faucet tube is a standard pipe shape. Because the faucet tube outlet-end's angle isn't directly parallel to the ground, the hose head catches on the faucet end and stops there. Again this is probably solvable with small piece of plastic to guide the hose into the faucet, but evidently this is something I'm going to have to make myself.

Installation instructions lack clarity

The installation instructions are difficult to follow. Once I got it installed it works great. Over all a very good unit.
Great Relief!

Perfect! No need to drill a hole in stone for filter faucet.
Nice but not perfect our camper van

After trying multiple faucets for our camper van setup, this is the one we finally installed. We have a small Ruvati sink in our camper van galley, so the angle, height, and/or reach of other faucets made it challenging to use. This faucet is the perfect height and the water points straight down.
We love the drinking water tap which is paired with a Fizzlife filter system. It works perfectly.
The water pressure is great without Shurflo 2088-554-144 Fresh Water Pump, 12 Volts, 3.5 Gallons Per Minute, 45 Psi. We thought the flow might be a bit weak, but it is just right.
We are happy overall with this setup, but I do have a couple small quibbles. The hose for the main faucet is way too short. It does not pull out from the sink but maybe 6 inches, so I will be looking for a longer hose to extend its reach.
Secondly, the push button on the faucet head is very cheap and feels like the weak point for the faucet.
Other than that, this faucet was our best option and we are enjoying it in our camper van.
