what I like about it is it, after much fiddling.. and careful watching, tickling, re-fidelling.. .. it actually puts a crease in the paper.. it does not fold.. it just makes the indent.. so humans dont have to figure out where to fold.. havent yet tried perf or cutting.. as my need is for folding at the moment.. and after countless fidgeting I have it set for my pamplet.. and hope it stays... so I will propably buy another one for creasing and perf combined..
