Once you get use the the preset heat it is easy to use. It is as easy and hard to clean as any other. If you clean it immediately it is not an issue. I have little soft bristle brushes that are used for baby bottles and they work perfectly for those hard to reach spots if you accidentally over flow.

I've only used it twice so far. Too bad you can't adjust the temp which would be helpful for the donuts as it does seem to run a little hot and what I made with the crust was a little hard. Will try another evite though. The sandwich griddle works great but wish it was all flat for the bread to fit better. But all in all it works well for the value.

I did not like it for the fact that it doesn't specify anywhere on the description that this product makes mini donuts. I bought it under the impression I could make regular size donuts. Very important to specify that fact.
