Garbage!

This has been great! Sturdy, good size, everything you need for a good walk or run in your home gym. NOTE: Obviously very heavy, and we had to bring this into our basement. My boyfriend used a dolly, which worked well, but if I could do it again I would probably just pay to have Amazon deliver my do the whole setup since 2 people delivered it.

This is the BEST at home treadmill I have ever used. I would say I wouldn't even be interested in owner another treadmill after this one exception. The wires in this thing are EXTREMELY thin. If you look at the wires the wrong way they will break, and if you even think about looking at the wire connectors the wrong way they will also break.
The saving grace is Nautilus/Bowflex have some of the best customer service/warranty support I have ever dealt with. Would recommend this treadmill, just hope Bowflex does a revision where they make the wires and wire connects thicker/sturdier.

The treadmill is very nice, easy to assemble and very sturdy. The only issue I had was with the shipping. I believe it was supposed to be through a threshold and I needed to sign. Well the delivery person dropped it off in the driveway and didn't even ring the doorbell to let me know it was there. Disappointed in the delivery especially with the price of the product.

Bought this in April of 2021. Took 2 hours to assemble. Best gym purchase I've made. I use it all the time. Dec. of 2022 had a short in a board. Called support and was wow'd. I forgot to register it. They sent me an email and asked me to reply with a screenshot of my Amazon purchase. I did it while on the phone. They registered it while on the phone. It was connected to my network so they were receiving crash logs. He pulled mine up and trouble shot it. It's still under warranty so replacement parts were covered. Email of shipping sent out within 20 minutes. They even put in a request to have a technician come install it. I told the technician this was the best support call I'd ever had and one of the best customer service experiences I'd ever had. He said he loves his job and company. They make it easy on everyone to be successful. I'm a Bowflex fan!!!!!
