Ok, so I have no idea how my father managed to tear the wheel of his walker, but It happened. We love this model as it is the best outdoor walker. The pneumatic wheels and the robust design make walks in the park an everyday reality, where before we were restricted to only level ground.
This is where customer service person Ivy comes in: none of the local repair shops could get me a replacement wheel. So we emailed Oasis Space and they were more than helpful. They checked our warranty - and it's past the one-year warranty, so we paid for a replacement wheel, but they sent it free shipping. CSR Ivy made sure I had a tracking number and that everything arrived on time. Replacement was a snap! And now my Dad is back to his daily walks in the park.
I can highly recommend the brand, this walker, and if you have any concerns or questions, CSR Ivy is amazing!

I bought this for my mother with mobility issues. She is thrilled! It's terrific for her outdoor activities. Easy to fold and comfortable to sit in. A little heavy, but she parks it outside so it's always ready for an outdoor stroll.
