I'm not sure how to rate this product yet. The instructions are vague in translation. It seems to be capturing numbers to block as I depress the block button after the phone rings or after it is in voice mail. If I'm quick enough, I depress the answer button on the wireless phone in the other room, then depress # then 6, then hang up. It seems to be capturing the number from the caller ID. The instructions show a way to enter the phone numbers ad hoc, but I haven't been able to do it that way yet given the instructions. And, it discusses how to block IP phones, International, etc., but other than seeing a two digit international prefix on the caller ID, those instructions make no sense either. So, I don't know if the numbers are actually being blocked. Spam callers throw so many spoofing numbers that it's difficult to know unless you test it with a known number, then try to call again to see how it treats the call. So, I'm giving this four stars because I think it's working. I'll update this review if I find out differently.

Worked good for a few months, Then started disconnecting the incoming calls after 2 rings.
Sent email to company asking for suggestions, no reply.
Edited 3 July: I received an email from the company today a very nice letter. She, the Support person, told me to pick up the telephone, listen for a dial tone, tap and hold the block button for more than five seconds, when 100 appears hang up the phone. It worked.

Might not be the best quality construction, but it works

Thought about getting a more expensive unit after reading the reviews, but thought I would give it a go for the lower price. It's not the highest quality, but you don't really interact with it much. Hopefully I won't be complaining about it falling apart in a few months.
That said, it has been a godsend. We have a land line, and our phone company will only block nuisance calls if you pay a steep monthly fee. Before we got this device our land line rang 24/7.
It has most settings set to block by default (International, VOIP and private), but we added the Unavailable caller as well. First day was amazing. Phone only rang twice, and both were calls we were expecting. Call log showed 159 calls blocked the first day. Similar results for the second day. (Saturday and Sunday).
On Monday some solicitor and scam calls made it through (about 20), but it still blocks between 150 to 200 calls daily (The callers making it through only seem to call during the week.)
Downside is as we add calls to the blocked list, it is filling up pretty rapidly. It has a limit of a little over 3000 numbers. It does allow you to put in and block Area codes, but a lot of scammers spoof the local area codes.
Would like it to block "Name Unavailable" calls generically. This would take care of 80 to 90% of the additional 20 we get every day.
Still, it's a huge improvement, and has been a real blessing. We even quit unplugging the phone at night, as most of those calls are being blocked now.
