Works making jerky but there is a learning curve

This device works OK making jerky with your meat grinder. Make sure there is very little fat in the jerky or it will spoil in no time. I had a hard time cutting the jerky off in the sizes I wanted by myself. Right now it takes 2 people to run the grinder and jerky maker and the other one cutting and taking the jerky off. I do like it and is definitely better than cutting meat in strips.

I used this with my 25 pound Hakka stuffer to do 15 pounds of jerky, it was amazing, so much easier than using a jerky gun, and it has plenty of attachments to fit numerous stuffers, I liked the thickness and consistency it provided.

Way easier than using a jerky gun. Used it with a 20 pound electric stuffer and it was nice not having to reload so often. There is some product left in the tube but not a big deal.

Instead of using my jerky gun I now use this attachment along with a sausage stuffer and it really helps streamline large batches of jerky. It comes with a lot of adapters for fitment and I was able to connect it to my meat grinder, but I had to modify a piece to fit my stuffer and it works great on both! Clean up is relatively painless considering the time-saving advantage it gives me. The unit I received was missing a piece, I contacted the seller and they are sending it out ASAP. Thanks again!
