Have 2 in my house and both works greatly and is very solid build and safe.
Have to get in touch with the customer service for a bug in one of the locks and was super fast solved!

I purchased this lock 2 years ago and loved it. I loved the fact that it auto-locked after a pre-set time, while it was slightly annoying when working outdoors and my door would auto-lock after a few minutes I appreciated never "forgetting" to lock the door. The locking part went out after 2 years (which I find reasonable) so I decided to get the same model, well the new model is not as reliable as the previous, it auto-locks %90 of the time and sometimes it "forgets" this is discouraging because that was the feature I liked the most and I can forget to lock the door for free.
Still nice, I like that this version has a physical key although I don't use it (I use fingerprint).
This lock has more features than I will ever use and I feel that 2 years rigorous use (the main door I use all the time) is an acceptable amount of life expectancy, I just wish it was %100 reliable as previous version.

Good smart lock for the price. Installed it to the front (Main) door. I had couple of smart deadbolt with keypad that I got from Laws and Home Depot. As far as I can tell, this is the best one I've ever used for a while. Easy installation under circumstances and convenient especially if you have 4 or more family members living with. Fingerprint scanner was my main focus when seeking out for this device. Circle scanner to place your finger so you can have 360 degree fingerprint recognition unlike others smart lock where the fingerprint scanner hidden inside and less probability of being scanning your fingerprint and not fast enough to be able to sensed. Battery life seems to be good; I put mine best brand new battery, just don't do mix up brands with another; Use same good brand battery during the time of the change as it needs. Good product material as well.
Hope this device will last longer than I anticipated; but it seems it will.

The first thing you should know is this is not a wifi lock, it uses Bluetooth. If you want to use it remotely, outside your home, you will need a wifi bridge. These bridges have short range so you'll end up purchasing one per lock. They are inexpensive and easy to configure via the app. The good thing about the lock being Bluetooth is the batteries last significantly longer. Also, replacing the batteries is super easy since they are easily accessed without tools.

The app is a bit confusing but full featured. I would strongly advise when creating an account you use your phone number and not your email. This is especially important if you intend to use it with the TTlock Alexa skill (requires a wifi bridge) - it won't let you enable remote unlocking otherwise.

Each resident or family member will need to create their own account to use the app. There are two apps that work with these locks: TTlock and Next Lock. I installed Next Lock for IOS. You then have to go in the app and add an authorised admin for each lock.

This lock is super flexible. Program biometric sensor for thumb or finger prints and just use-it works really well BTW. You can add pin pad codes, either permanent or temporary. The pin pad needs to be woken up first which takes a little getting used to. I kept missing the first digit of the pass code. It also supports programable fobs of which they supply two. You can program any debit or credit card that has the wireless symbol on them or just use the app. Of all these, I prefer the thumb print reader.

It's a full featured smart lock that's easy to install and use. It's also one of the least expensive locks out there. It would have been nice if it came in brush nickel instead of silver to better match the door handles out there but other than that it's flawless.
