UPDATE: I've just received my third, 180 servings jar the other day. I love how this enables me to wake up without any soreness from outside work. I can definitely notice when I don't have any.
I find in a 20-ounce coffee mug, I'll put 3 scoops and that seems to be pretty tasty. I actually enjoy the taste, and after buying 3 different brands of similar drink...This one is by far the best. I absolutely love it!!!

I've read the benefits of drinking a turmeric based milk drink for muscle and/or joint soreness. As a result, I decided to give it a try. I bought several different blends. Most already had ground black pepper included, with one leaving me to add it in. This is necessary for the turmeric to be absorbed into your body.
Most of the blends I purchased were the basic ingredients, with one having quite a few various ingredients such as ginger.
The taste of all the ones I've tried went from one end of the scale to the other. The ginger one, was over the top with ginger...To the point that it made the drink "hot" as in ginger spicy!...Not in a good way though.

Anyway, about six months ago, I decided to try this Golden Milk Powder by Turmaquik. For the small price difference, I bought the 180 serving container.
This product had one of the better reviews out there.
A plus was the included scoop. I believe I read that only one scoop is needed. Doing that, I hardly tasted it. Granted, I'm using a large coffee mug...Perhaps a cup and half...So, I now use between 3-4 scoops per mug. That's using their provided scoop.

Overall, of all the different blends I purchased, this is the best tasting one. It's also the one leaving the least amount of residue in the bottom of the cup.
I'll initially put the mix in my mug, pour in a couple ounces of milk, and blend everything in, then fill the mug 3/4 of the way with milk, and micro it for 2:45minutes. I then fill it the rest of the way with cold milk and stir.

I absolutely love this in the evening, as it really makes a difference when I wake up the next morning with no muscle or joint soreness.

I just received my second jar of this mix the other day, and am delighted with everything about this mix.

Very good product

After trying different supplements for sleep, this drink has all the things, tastes great and creates a nice, evening ritual to facilitate a great night's sleep. Very happy I tried it - now on subscribe & save.

This is great to add to a protein shake. I changes the flavor slightly, but I like it.
