The product works as advertised. I'm a happy camper.
I started with dark grey 4.25" tiles (original tiles from 1958). They are now white with an orange peel texture. looks like new. Brought my bathroom in to 2023.
One thing I learned was that it's critical to sand the surface prior to applying the product. Because I didn't, there were some minor adhesion issues with what they call "fish eyes". Basically, there is a problem with uniform adhesion when the surface isn't prepped properly. The other issue was that the roller tends to "shed" tiny pieces of rubber. Easy fix... After letting the 1st of 2 applications dry over night I used a palm sander with 100 grit sand paper to prep for the second coat. I then did the second application and It turned out perfect.

Well thought out product and application.
I honestly think.there was enough there to do a small bathtub , certainly a good sized shower base.
Anyway I've used Armoglaze and this.
The only differences I can attest to are that this may be a shade whiter, and this also set up just a bit slower.
I love the short nap roller application as opposed to the comb and scoop idea. No knock on brand x ,it's great too, but the corners and curves just seem easier to resolve ,for me at least, with the little roller. Went on nice and even. Self leveled like a champ. Had everything.nice and warm, of course.
I removed everything and taped up the basket area with all the drains removed. After an hour or so I placed buckets and let the excess run down. Smooth sailing.
We're taking care with the finish, but it really appears pretty darn durable. We think it looks great on our 70 year old sink.

I should have read the low ratings before purchasing as everything about this horrible product is true. I read every instruction and watched every video available regarding prep and application. In spite of my backbreaking work and sweat, the product did not stick and beaded up with runs.
I ruined my tub and surround and now have to pay 2-2.5k for a whole new install.
I was hoping Amazon would refund for the misleading advertizing but insisted that I return the product stuck on my ruined tub! Ugh! BTW, I am an experienced DIY person. As a side note, it is impossible for 1 person to complete a tub and surround before this stuff starts to set up. Ekopel should provide a 38 with a short barrel to "finish the job".

100+ year old cast iron corner sink in small bathroom off kitchen. Badly damaged porcelain from someone using some harsh chemical in it years ago.
I decided to try this product and it worked GREAT! Took much longer to prep than apply. Cleaned sink per instructions and sanded it to take off glaze (in the few remaining areas that were shiny). Masked it off, removed all chrome fixtures and drain and taped a drop cloth under sink to catch drips and product draining out of sink once drain dam removed.
Be very sure to mask off to ensure that product cannot pull small bits of debris out of crack around sink or tub where caulk was removed - I was not careful enough on this and some grit got pulled in and I had to pick it out with tweezers. but that was my fault.
Other than that it worked great. Easy to use. The "self leveling" description is dead on. As bits of grit showed up I would pick them out and the resulting divot would fill back in and disappear.
Looks brand new and finish feels very tough and hard.
