This was a gift for my husband who wanted a new "boombox" style radio/CD player for use outside on the patio. Although this was smaller that what we were looking for, this was the best we could find, and it turns out it is just what he wanted. The sound is good and it is easy to use, with no extraneous "bells & whistles", just a good little radio to listen to music and sports.

This little thing does what it's supposed to do and sounds good for the price point. I purchased it for my elderly mother, and while it was a little difficult for her to learn, she got it and does just fine with it. The black buttons on the black base are a little difficult to see for older people but if that's not a concern for you, no worries. Would definitely purchase this again.
