The DT18N water heater worked for 10 Months. The manufacturer denied product failure replacement because a Westbrass faucet was not used.
Do not recommend the product because there is no warranty and no conditional requirement stated to use only their faucet.

Works great! Plumber had some minor issues installing and had to purchase other parts to install it. Other than that, I love it! Hope it lasts as I've only been using it for about one month.

My Rohl hot water dispenser stopped working. The replacement unit was backordered for months. I found this unit on Amazon and based on the design and cost, I bought as a replacement. The size is almost identical although the mounting screws are not in the same location. The hoses connectors are not identical to Rohl but I was able to connect with the existing line with some washers and a tight connection.
The main complaint is that the actual water temperature coming from the unit is a few degrees lower than the desired temperature. The unit does not feel as well insulated as it often warm to the touch.
Given the price and availability though, this was a reasonable replacement and something I would likely keep around.
