Didn't want to prematurely write a review. It's a nice little scooter. Sturdy, good battery life, easy to maneuver. It has 2 speeds low & high, I've gotten mine up to 25mph! I live in Florida & the terrain here is a mess.... sandy, rocky & most sidewalks & roads are not flat, this scooter is a great ride through it all. Obviously not through beach sand but does ok in the sandy yard or park. The downside to the scooter is the app is not functional or even able to be found for android. It's not necessary but it is a nice option to have.

So we ordered 2 in mid-April. It was great at first. only pb is we could not find anything anywhere to register the warranty even on their site that is very difficult. Also we could not download/use the app as it is not found on playstore even though it says compatible with android. I contacted them thru facebook which they just gave me an email and that was 4/25. I have never received a response.
Then mid-may, one of the scooter started to stop while riding it, out of the blue. Which is extremely frustrated as my kids are using them to commute from school (only twice a week and only one way).
i Contacted them again via facebook and no answer!!!
Meanwhile the other scooter has no issue that is why i really think it must be a manufacturation defect...
It's too bad cause we love these scooters, i really wish someone would get back to me so we can fix the issue.

Ever wonder, "Hey will this go 40 MPH and kill my children?" Well this one won't. Yeah if you're like me, a rather large adult, you will be better off walking. But for kids it's perfect

It has 2 speeds 1st gear 2nd gear. Simple to use simply hold down button. I love this simple already assembled scooter! It could have a little more power. However I'm 5'11 and weigh 175. Imagine a smaller person will get better performance. Either way this does go as fast as need be on level ground. It goes up hill. And I charge it 1x per week! I really couldn't be happier with this purchase!!! Money well spent!
