Works as advertised, however will only work with the Wyze app and does not connect to the Smart Life app that can be used top connect generic switches it did not advertise to do this i just pointed it out incase there are others like me who like all their switches controlled by one app.
Also energy monitoring isn't as good as i expected. It does not show Realtime energy usage, instead it only shows your total energy usage by the hour, also it does not differentiate between sockets so you get the total for both sockets and not each individual one.

This is the second one of these that I purchased sincey family has some outdoor lighting they would manually connect and disconnect for a few hours each afternoon/night and I showed 'em with this they no longer had to do that. After setting up a schedule (and making sure the power to whatever extension cord you use to keep this plugged stays on) this'll work with your WiFi to turn on/off each of its two plugs which you can name and have different schedules for

I love my Wyze outdoor timer having had in use for 2 years now and bought another most recently to control a hard to reach outlet on another side of my home. It's very simple to use with the Wyze app, which is very user friendly. I have string lights in one outlet and my pool pump in the other, the pump which uses an on off schedule I setup in the app, and the second unit is for a lawn mower plugged in by a extension cord. Very convenient means to control power and has handled the weather well.
WIFI signal makes it through a metal framed room.
