Personally, overall, I like this printer. We were informed that the quality was lower than normal. It prints OK for us. We were really in need of double sided printing.. The WF-4820 does this very well and offers a larger feed tray than our old pinter. I do miss the ability to print high quality glossy photos that we got with our old dead printer. One item that has me ???? is the above photo is of a WF-4820 but the model name is WF-4834. Does the WF-4834 offer something better than the 4820?
