I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar before meals to decrease my glucose spike. I found these ACV capsules and love them for when I'm on to go or out of town and downing the liquid ACV is not ideal. Because I use liquid ACV at home, I do not mind the taste (I really don't notice a bad taste) with these capsules.
