I got this for my husband because he's always wanted one since seeing a similar product UFC fighters use. I did my research and this one had the best reviews. The price wasn't bad either. He assembled it pretty easily and it was ready for use right away. The frame isn't completely sturdy (sides collapse in a little, but when he's using it it's fine. The chair that was included is fine but it's starting to wear in some spots already. He weighs about 185 and he hasn't fallen through, yet, but it's about to go that way soon. That's an easy replacement. One of the reasons why I chose this sauna was because it had a remote. The remote wasn't there when he got it. I contacted the seller with the issue. He was very apologetic and sent out a remote quickly. Customer service was great. My husband loves his sauna and is so glad he got it. After a long day at work or a hard workout in his gym, this sauna is perfect.

I have looked at these for several months. Placed in cart, removed from cart. I miss being in a sauna at the gym so much but not feeling safe to return to that yet. Purchased and it's awesome. Not hard to assemble but the directions were not accurate. The instructions showed assembly of the front poles on the "disassemble" section. That's how I figured that out. The chair weight capacity is 198 and it's so tiny, I'm sure it would not hold 198. I'm thinking about placing a larger chair in there for more room inside. I'm about 5'2 so my neck isn't sitting up as the advertisement pics show. Also feel a little cramped (knees) with this chair. Will turn it sideways today. But on to the love of this. You will sweat quickly! I'm still working on understanding the timer, setting of temp, etc. So I have just set it and use my cell timer to get out. Second time in it yesterday and I stayed for 30 minutes. Couldn't have gone longer because I was drenched. If you want an easy way to sweat water weight off, get this item. It does have a smell, not to strong. I will leave mine up for now until I have guests.

Heat heat heat...definitely gives off the heat that you're looking for and more. I read all the reviews and watched the videos and just like they said the CHAIR BROKE after 2nd use!! I did get the larger size should've got the smaller one, however I am still in Awh of this. I'm purchasing another chair a fold up one as I saw in one of the reviews.

I've used this a half dozen times now. It's great when I'm in there. However, the time before last, it would not turn off even after I pushed the power button. I unplugged it. The last time I used it it did turn off when I hit the power button, but I woke up in the middle of the night because it had turned itself on. Luckily it was in my bedroom or it would have run out of water and ruined the steamer. Unplug it after use to be safe. I hope it isn't a fire hazard.
