Almost great... Cheap Chinese screws hurt the overall product

Was throughly impressed until snapping the head off of a screw which holds the plastic footing in place. I'd read a review which mentioned this but forgot about until I heard the screw crack. Really disappointing to see a company spouting "Made in America" and buying the cheapest components they can possibly find...

The Good: If you HAVE to get a large speaker setup, these are some of the better looking ones, with the copper-spun elements.
The strongest attribute, sound-wise, is CLARITY. If a part of the film is supposed to be silent, these speakers are silent - no humming, or hissing, or static. And, there's been a couple of occasions (with movies I've seen 20 times, where I finally figured out what someone actually says, due to the clarity of these speakers.
The Somewhat Underwhelming: The bass. The subwoofer seems to lack that "punch" that I was hoping for. It's a Lemmy Kilmister"¦I wanted a Steve Harris.
Dolby Atmos"¦Basically this is a 5.1 system. There are so few films mixed with Dolby Atmos, and the effect only reveals itself under such limited situations, it's like you might as well not have it. I'd probably be better off buying more surround speakers for a 7.1 set up.

They sound great!! One speaker sounded off a bit, and upon inspection, the speaker element (but not the grill or packaging) was damaged. Obvious manufacturing or handling issue. One call to customer support had a new speaker element in my hands only days later, no hassle, no making me feel like I was getting something for free. A model Customer Support company!

Packaging was superb and the speakers sounds amazing. I already had a subwoofer from a previous system and added it along with this system using a Denon Receiver. Best sounding system I've had in 35 years of theater! LOVE IT!
