This is a beautiful handmade knife, yes there are imperfections as there are with anything hand made. The etching on blade is acid washed so don't go scraping on it with a file, it is not a machete so dont go out and expect to hack down trees and it is not a hunting knife meant to carve up bison. Now that being said it is a beautifully made knife that is meant to be a collector's piece or use as a ritual blade, it needs to be kept oiled with a good quality knife oil and then enjoyed for what it is and not complained about for what it is not.

Shipping was not a good experience, but, the dagger is great! It looks exactly as pictured, seems well made. I do not like how the sheath was made - it is designed to be strapped to leg or arm, I think it would have been way more practical to be a standard belt sheath. The straps are too short to go around boots and I couldn't find any practical place in my arms. I had to buy a new sheath.

My absolute favorite knife out of my large collection. The only thing I am unhappy with is the material of the strap which secures the knife within the sheath. I wish it was made of real leather or a more durable material. I also sharpened this knife to my own liking, and I'm satisfied with the results.
