Super impressed with this product and the end result. The directions were prefect and the colors were true to display. Also, the quantities of the paint were perfect (says it covers about 35 sq. ft. and it was pretty much dead on accurate). Follow the directions exactly and your countertop will come out great! One thing to note: I don't quite think it is a "done in one weekend" project. Give yourself more time then suggested, just to get the hang of things and to allow for max. drying time. Also, I did order one extra can of the final clear acrylic coat. I wanted one additional layer; it worked perfectly. Well (well!) worth the money!

This was a very easy and simple task! Something I got done in a day!!! I blended out the sponge look as I didn't want it to look like splotches and I love how it turned out. Only thing I wasn't liking was the top coat. I was looking for something a little shinier. BUTTTT that is minor and still am in love with it!! Much better than my ugly brown ones I had before

Our beach house had a (previously) painted countertop. I was looking for something inexpensive to spruce it up & this kit didn't disappoint! This was a very detailed but great "˜art' project . I took my time (3 days) & the instructions were very easy, especially the video. Comes with everything you need. Even the flaws blend in well. It's been a couple of months now & it's very durable.

So I didn't follow the directions perfectly, and it still turned out great! As long as it holds up to wear and tear, I'm a happy camper. I love that you can be creative and kind of paint it how you think looks good. Definitely made my crusty laminate countertop get a second life :)

After having done a tedious DIY renovation on my kitchen, the one thing that was missing was granite countertops. I couldn't afford actual granite; however, after doing some research, I found that Giani was an affordable and beautiful alternative. They came out amazingly well. People were in awe and blown away as they could not believe they weren't actual granite countertops. I read several reviews, good and bad, but one thing I realize is you have to read and read and read some more to get a thorough understanding of what the process is all about. If you are not willing to wait between processes, then perhaps this is not for you to embark upon. It takes patience, and then more patience. Also, after the final step was done, I put signs on the wall that read "Look, but do not touch," because as Giani states in the description, it has to cure. Yes, there is a curing (hardening) process ... 24 hours"¦, three days"¦, and then 14 days for the countertops to be fully cured. Take your time and your time invested will pay off! Don't hesitate, do it! Thank you.
