The fingerprint reader appears very reliable and accurate, however, it does periodically fail to record an accurate fingerprint and can require a very clean finger. This however doesn't occur often and ultimately always works.
Had an issue concerning the Download report, i sent an email they responded with a few hours and issue resolved
Overall it's great once you get it all set up
