Not bad for the price! Only tried it one night so will see..

I'm a little picky when it comes to pillows. These are a little on the thin side but they did fluff up more after a day (they come vacuumed packed for shipping). As soft as they are they hurt my ears (I'm a side sleeper) after a few hours. I wouldn't call them firm per se but when you sink down into the pillow it just gets more dense. Other than that they are a good product and might be more comfortable for other people. My husband and I each used one pillow, so it might've been better if I had two of them together..
