RSV-R4000U Mostly great

Very easy to build in, a little different from ATX towers since you must install the cooler mounting hardware before mounting the motherboard to the case. Replacing the cooler would suck but I never intend to do that. Plenty of room for everything and no hard to reach areas. I installed a RSV-SATA-CAGE-34 on the right and there is no screw hole or clip so it is not secure. I have emailed support to see what can be done about this, hopefully this won't require a drill. The NH-D12L fits perfectly and cools incredibly. All the case fans run full blast which isn't super loud. The 120mm fans are about silent but the 80mm move a lot of air and that is not necessary 24/7. I will probably get some 80mm PWM fans.
UPDATE: I bought a OKGEAR 3pin Power to 4pin molex Adapter and now I can control both included rear fans from a single fan header for about $5.
Pretty impressed with the case

Updated review:
Still really happy with this case. I have upgraded this build a bit since originally putting together. Upgraded the CPU to a Ryzen 5700G, put in a low profile noctua dual tower cooler, an RTX A4000 GPU, a PiKVM, 128GB of RAM, a dual SFP+ NIC, and then a few more HDDs. I also splurged for a sliding rail kit, which really makes tinkering with the system much less of a pain since I don't have to disconnect all of the cables in the back or pull it completely out of the rack. Big pros are that I purchased this oversized case (at the time) to grow into, which I've definitely done, actually I'm at the point where I've maxed out the number of hard drives my current hardware can support (8x HDD via the 8i HBA card, 2x SSD via mobo Sata, and 2x HDD via mobo SATA, and then 2x PCIe NVMe, for a total of 98 TB of HDD storage with a 14TB parity drive, 1TB of Raid1 SATA SSD cache, and 2TB of Raid1 nvme cache.)

Ended up going with Unraid as the OS, which I can't be happier with. Super easy to set up and run, plus with my hardware, plenty of head room for a dozen or so self hosted services (docker containers) and bunch of virtual machines.

Also, I think I may have figured out a way to really maximize the 15 drive bays, while still keeping the Noctua fans, which have the thicker cable. If I put one of the 2.5" SSDs that I have mounted in a 3.5" adaptor tray in the fifth slot then there's still enough room around that to pass the cable through. Otherwise, I've been meaning to test whether the fan cable could be routed on the outside of the 5-drive cage in between two of the cages.

Would really recommend this case to anyone looking to build a server and plan to have a lot of storage capacity.

Purchased the 15 bay case about a month or two ago in an attempt to build my first server to throw into my 32U rack.

Threw it together with a b450 mobo, 3600x cpu, 10gig sfp+ nic, and HBA card with six 3.5in hdds and two 2.5in ssds for an unpaid build. I didn't even try out the fans that came pre-installed...mainly because of not being a fan (no pun intended) of molex connectors. So replaced with all noctua fans with 4 pin pwm.

Mounted in my main rack with some "universal" server brackets that this case just slides onto.

So far so good. The 8 fans and airflow dynamics are able to keep everything cool under load. It appears that there are newer versions of this on the market, but I'm very pleased. Mainly just wanted to use up some more rack space, put the unused hardware I had laying around, and have a build I could play around with. Might try out proxmox at some point, who knows.
Good case, but tech support was non-existent

This case isn't a Lexus, it's a Corolla. Bare bones, but well executed, and does the job. Parts fit well, screw holes align nicely, all that. My only snag is that the front panel USB 2.0 port is via a 4-pin connector. I'm no expert on motherboards, but the last few I've worked with, the USB 2.0 motherboard header is 9 pin -- including the motherboard I'm putting in this case (ASUS H570M-PLUS). I queried their tech support about this -- no reply/answer ever.

With an hour or so on Google learning more about USB 2.0 pin-outs than I ever wanted to know I've learned that the 9-in header is actually TWO USB2.0 ports, and that the pin-outs are such that I can plug the 4-pin Rosewill USB connector into one row of pins in the 9-pin header (red on the ribbon cable away from the plugged pin in the 9-pin header). Works like a charm! A question for which you'd think Rosewill tech support would have a canned response at the ready, or maybe even a FAQ on their website. No such luck.

So I'm up and running, no thanks to their tech support (dinged a star for that). Apart from AWOL tech support, my experience with this case has been entirely positive.
Great Value

Pros:
-Very sturdy steel construction
-Few rough or sharp edges
-Lots of space for HDD/SSDs
-Lots of fan slots
-Lots of space to work with inside the case
-Front panel door has a built-in air filter
-Lots of included standoffs, screws, and 3.5" mounting rails (for HDD/SSD)

Cons:
-Included fans are pretty low quality
-No included rails (not surprising at this price point)
-Front panel lock is almost useless (as most are)

I purchased an RSV-L4500U for a virtual desktop/gaming server. The case fit the ATX motherboard easy enough, with enough room for a Noctua NH-D9DX i4 3U cooler. The support bar with the fans is easily removed (more on this later). The middle support bar had to be removed in my build as the RTX 2070S cards needed the room; however, removing the bar didn't seem to have a significant impact to case stability. So long as either the middle support bar or the fan support bar is in place, I wouldn't be worried about overall stability.

Lets talk about the elephant in the room: the included case fans. They are simply "OK". If your build doesn't require lots of cooling, or you can't afford to replace them, they are fine to leave in. However, I would highly recommend replacing all of them with similar-sized PWM fans for a couple of reasons: 1. PWM gives you control of fan speed and 2. While Molex connectors are generally safe, daisy-chaining several fans together is not. The included fans aren't really loud and move an OK amount of air. They seem to be pretty cheaply made, so I wouldn't expect them to last years. Replacing the fans is easy enough; the fan support bar comes out for easy replacement, and the drive cages (once removed) allow easy access for replacement.

Since the motherboard I was using was desktop-grade, it only had one PWM connector for case fans. I purchased a SATA-powered fan controller which sticks to the inside of the case to connect all of the fans to (my controller included a PWM connection to the motherboard for fan speed control). I ended up needing a few extenders to connect all of the fans, which is expected considering the size of the case.

The drive cages in the front of the case were a tad difficult to remove (pressing the tabs while pushing outwards is a bit awkward), but not a huge deal IMHO. Attaching the rails to a pair of 3.5" HDDs and a pair of 3.5" mounting brackets (for 2.5" SSDs) was easy and allowed them to slide easily into the drive cage. Be sure to pick up some bundled SATA/SAS cables for the drives that are at least 1 meter long.

Overall, this is a great case for the value. I would deduct one star for the "meh" case fans and the lack of included rails, but the lower price point of the case earns it a star.
