The pillow cube does help with my sleep and take everywhere if traveling locally to events. Much better than the hotel pillows around and you must air the pillow after opening from the box. It does have a smell that needs to be vented prior to sleeping to help not smell when you do.
Overall, it is a better pillow than the ones I have!

As a side sleeper, I developed severe shoulder pain. It even began to limit my range of motion. Unable to comfortably "learn" a new sleeping position, I tried all kinds of therapeutic, memory foam, or wacky pillows you could think of. Nothing was working.

The square shape seemed like it would be a better fit as I considered my neck position when sleeping, so I figured I'd give it a shot. If it didn't work, I'd chalk it up to good marketing/hype, as I continued the search for my white whale of a pillow.

First nights sleep and my shoulder immediately began to feel better. No way, right? Must be in my head because I'm desperate to find a solution. Night 2/next day was even better. By the third night/morning, the daily shoulder pain was GONE! My range of motion is now back to near 100%. Shoulder pain hasn't returned and doesn't, unless I use another pillow (away from home, traveling, etc.) for an extended period. Even considering a travel version.

HIGHLY recommended for side sleepers. BELIEVE the hype! 5 stars!

I am a side sleeper and have had neck and shoulder pains from trying all sorts of pillows. And when I saw pillows, I at least went thru 10 sets. I've had this pillow for four months now and this one does the trick! I absolutely love it. It's firm, keeps its shape and allows me to sleep on my side or on my back. A lot of the reviews mentioned a weird smell or gas, I recommend leaving the pillow after opening for 24-48 hrs, I think it helps release any smells as the pillow is compactly packed.

Love Pillow Cube and it was nice ordering off of amazon because their site takes quite a while for an expensive delivery. My first original cube came with a white pillow case included. I would think that with what I paid I would at least get a case and not a pillow with a harsh zipper and no alternative but to order from their website. Still comfortable and great for my back but this does have quite a large zipper on it and does not come with a case.
