Very easy set up. Read description thoroughly (which I did not do) the body is cast aluminum, the door IS NOT. Door is of very thin gage steel which started rusting in spots after first rain and when door hinge is tightened and closed is difficult to open. Bottom of chiminea looks to have a bolted plate, not sure what material bolts and plate are, hopefully won't rust out. For the money would have expected ALL cast construction.

The chimineas in the big box stores are way cheaper than this one but the quality of this product is worth the extra money. If you want the best there is, THIS IS IT! I just bought this but I already know I WILL BE DUST IN THE GROUND before this thing wears out! (Not bones, DUST!) Your kids will inherit it and probably their kids too.
