Great looking door handle and smart lock. The finger print reader works quickly as do the included RF cards. The number pad is largely hidden until you firmly touch the keypad. Installation is easy if your door is cut with standard opening size and placement. With any ttlock "G2" wifi gateway, this lock can be operated by Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

If changing the handle position, remove the screw completely turn handle around and reinsert screw. Instruction says to only loosen screw. Otherwise works well.

I've ordered and installed one of these exact units in our home before hence why I ordered another one for my office. However I just wasted 40 minutes of my time because the most recent unit came with missing screws and could not be installed. Very frustrating because now I doubt that this was a new unit or their quality control processes, hence why the 1-star for what was once a pretty decent device. The vendor needs to do better in making sure that the packaging is complete.

Everything works good. The only thing I have a problem with is the fingerprint reader some time it doesn't work for me I have to try two or three times. I did get lockout one time because, my fingerprint failed too many times and it went into a lockout mode where them I had to put in a number code to unlock the door. If you are using the fingerprint reader I would suggest having a pin code as well just in case your fingerprint fails.
