The only thing that pissed me off is that you basically spend a whole 20 minutes taking it out the dam box then literally have to go through a struggle to put the pillow into the case it doesn't even come put together you have to do it yourself which was annoying! , overall it is very soft and comfortable I sleep like a baby .
