This appears to be a well constructed pan with an extremely slippery coating that appears to be much more durable than the Teflon coated pans. Only time will tell, but so far I have been able to perform any clean ups by just wiping with a paper towel. I was looking for a lid to fit this pan and the one I purchased was an Ozeri 10" Fry Pan Lid, in Tempered Glass. I was impressed with the quality of this lid and it fits this 10" Blue Diamond Pan perfectly.
