Fits in your hands perfect when doing curls. Only down side is that the metal can be a little slippery and the rack it's on isn't the most stable. It does come in 2 separate boxes that they don't tell you about.

These dumbbells are high quality for the price. The stand was easy to assemble and I like the variety in weights. It doesn't take up too much space and the stand is. I would have given this five stars but I gave it four because of the way it was shipped. It didn't come in a strong enough box and so it was falling apart by the time it got to my house. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase!
