Wanted to create mini theater and gaming room in our basement. We bought two, one for our projector and one for whatever system we wanted to game with. Projector worked out okay with no tilt adjust we just put a piece of cardboard under front of projector and it worked. The second stand despite saying it holds 7ish lbs cannot hold a PlayStation 4 which is 6ish lbs. Works well if we are using the switch but without tilt adjustment PlayStation just slides right off. I would say if whatever you are using it for is 5lbs or less it will work great.
Get you own anchors

I'm excited because most mounts attach from the top and my projector doesn't seem to match that style. This one works well for what I have plus a Roku.
Installing was okay. I picked up my own anchors and screws to mount it to the ceiling because the product anchors didn't work well for me. Other than that, it's easy to install. The spacing in the stem is narrow, so I reccommed zip ties for cords.
With a cord hider, it's a nice setup. I highly recommend a cord hider to keep drooping cords out of sight.

No tilting adjustment/ only up and down adjustment which doesn't align picture with screen after projector adjustments are made.
It's good for projectors without any mounting holes on top like a mini projector.
