This is my second one, the first one was great and of different materials, this one is terribly warped and deformed. Cannot be used.
Thought I was ordering the original made in the USA product but was a import.

I ordered this Dust bowl and thinking it was the one I have ordered in the past, but it is not. This Dust bowl works fine and came a week or so later. Upon further investigation I notice the one I just ordered is made by a offshore company. I also noticed that the original one I ordered is made in the USA. I prefer to support made in the USA products and for a dollar or so more. I will be more careful and will seek out and only by the original one that I understand is made in USA.
Made in China????

Very disappointed to learn the product was made in China when there is a similar product made in the USA (I am guessing the one made in China is a knock-off) and costs only about $1.50 more (Driller's Dust Bowl). WHY WOULD ANYONE BUY THIS PRODUCT WHEN IT IS MADE IN CHINA instead of the made in the USA one?
Durable, works as it should work, no dust!

I tried a few similar items. This one is durable because it has a steel washer inserted into the bowl hole. the one i got with my bit at lowes was completely horrible, it did not really work at all. One tore apart at the hole. This one fits flush against the ceiling making a nice seal. I think people still need to be careful if they want to mitigate the dust. For example, you have to be prepared to do something with the drywall/dust/insulation particles that fills the bowl. I drilled the hole, carefully came down the ladder, unplugged the drill, and brought it outside! Then I dumped out the bowl, and drilled the next hole... :)
