Easy to put together

The bed rail was very easy to put together. I have a very tall mattress and was afraid the rail would not be high enough to be useful since it is NOT adjustable, but the railing came enough above to be very useful and not obtrusive. As with any railing, a comforter does not sit well but that is a small price to pay for the security of the bed rail. The rail shakes a little, but is really very sturdy. I did not use the fabric strap that goes across the mattress. Not sure how that works and cannot lift the mattress anyway, but the railing is secure enough without it. I have only had it for a couple of days but so far am very pleased.

I can't say enough about the customer service this company provided. There was a part missing in the first box I received. I contacted them and they responded within 24 hours and send me a replacement. I will definitely look into buying more products from this company should I need it.

This product works well for my mother post hip surgery. She has a back condition as well, and this product has been very helpful for her. It was very easy to install and it's sturdy enough for an under mattress type device. I wasn't sure it would be stable enough when I first purchased it, but it's been great.

This was easy to assemble. I was not expecting the strap for the railing, but it was certainly needed to ensure stability. My husband is finding it easier to swing and and out of bed. He now has something to hold on to and support him.
We use the bag for a few items, such as creams etc. so they don't clutter his nightstand.
I had problem with the light staying in place. It keeps falling on the floor. It has two-sided tape and a magnet. I may have put the tape on the light instead of in the holder. I then got some tape and doubled it up and put it on the backside and it is doing fine.
