Used the kit to build a fixed crossover setup on my rack. Bought a separate heavier duty aluminum pulley to fasten to floor joist and bear weight. The pulleys included here makeup the low and high pulley options affixed to the rack. The cables were useless to me, but I needed very specific lengths as I was building a permanent setup with the ability to switch between high and low, so I made my own cables. The attachments are fine, except the lat pull bar is kind of short and feels cheap but that's expected at the price point, I plan to upgrade that. Pulleys have been silent and smooth so far, but I've pulled up to 100lbs on them, since my heavier weight loads are split between left and right. Overall, considering this comes with a lat bar, the value is good and I am happy with the outcome.

This pulley system works perfectly and is a total game changer. I have so many more exercises that I can do now with this system. I was concerned that maybe the quality wouldn't feel good enough, but I'm happy to say that all the equipment feels extremely durable, very strong and solidly built.
I chose this system over others that were similar because of the lat pulldown bar, the extra chains for lengthening and the fact that you get three cables in this system. You get 2 70" cables and 1 extra 90" cable.

I wanted to do lat pulldowns on my short power rack, but the company that makes the rack doesn't sell the attachment for the short version of the power rack. This product came to the rescue. Attaches easily to the crossbars of the rack and feels sturdy enough for the weight I'm moving (less than 100 lbs).
The pulleys are excellent. Smooth and quiet. There's enough clearance to put the cable ends through the pulley without taking the pulley apart. Allows for easy assembly and disassembly. The weight plate holder works just fine. The only parts that feels too cheap are the carabiners. Easy enough to upgrade if you care.
Great way to add cables to a power rack or similar setup. Definitely worth the price. The parts from Home Depot plus the attachments would cost more than this kit.
