The media could not be loaded. Was a pain to install. Finger print works ok. Hate that I can't just turn the entire locking mechanism off when we have parties and people are coming in and out. I usually just attach the rfid reader on the door knob so I don't have to tell everyone and they're brother what our code is. Winter time. Ohhh winter time. Never fails! It goes rogue every single winter!! I included a video to show this. It just sits there and punches numbers in on its own. It has the propper batteries too that it recommends. I've been down this road with technical support before. It literally locked us out of our home before because it did this all day while we were gone at work and killed the battery eventually. Had to break into the house through the window. All I have to say is I hate that you can't switch it off and it's not cold tolerant at all! As I'm writing this it's freaking out again 😑 and it's 35 degrees

However - there is no 5G compatible Gateway for me to link Alexa and the Door Lock.
Ensure your wifi is at 2.4Ghz before purchasing gateway for Alexa compatibility.
Easy to install, but setup could be a bit better.
