Good but terrible directions

One of the best features is the ringer which is pleasant unlike many phones, but the directions are terrible! I cannot figure out how to set the time. The buttons are unclear and the directions are worse. I gave up trying to set the time, but did manage to get the date set...though I have no idea if it is set to the right year:-) I have mixed feelings recommending the phone because the needed directions are worthless, but many phones have terrible ring tones, so if you are sensitive to ring tones this might be the phone for you.

Overall, this is a nice cordless. The missed call-light happens to be of value to me. The belt clip is highly desirable. I'd call it a winner but for the infamous tiny manual and requirement to go online for more info.

I bought this phone only (!!) because it has a headset jack. It is important for my work for both to having a landline and using a headset. I am a professional interpreter. This device is very simple but hits all the spots. 4 stars only because I had to look for answers here on how to mute the call and how to mute the ringtones as instructions do not cover many features including those.

I purchased the set last week and I'm very pleased. I'm really happy I could find a company that was concerned about the health of EMF radio frequencies coming through typical cordless phone bases.. and made a safer alternative .It didn't take long to do the setup and the clarity on the phone is exceptional. I'm very happy with this set and I would buy it again!

Great phone system! I would give it 5 stars, but the contacts/phone list is PER HANDSET. My last cordless phone had the contact list stored in the base, accessible by all handsets. I'm not going to enter 20+ phone numbers into 4 handsets. Update: after reading the online manual, I discovered you can copy one handset's directory to the other handsets.
