Love it but comes apart easy.

I love this fountain for my cat, she is OBSESSED with running water. So much so she likes to take this apart and play with the black filter underneath. That's not a product issue, just a little thing to keep in mind if you also have a cat that likes to investigate a little too much. It runs great and is easy to clean and change filters.

The fountain arrived but it took me a month to finally get around to set it up for my cats. Turns out that the pump wasn't pumping. It was too late to return to Amazon so I emailed the company. They were very responsive and I had a new pump within days and the fountain is working great!

Our cat really enjoys the water bowl. It took her a couple days to get used to it but now we've seen her drink more water than ever before.
I do also enjoy the very quiet water fountain sounds- it's very faint but pleasant.
The one downside is how involved the cleaning is. Lots of little parts to clean and put back together. Even every 2 weeks the fountain gets a little gross but it does seem that the water stays cleaner. I didn't quite know what the sponge around the pump is for but the company informed me it's so particles don't get into it. Other then that we're quite happy with the purchase.

Got this product in June 2023. After a week or so of an adaptation period, my 21 years old cat started to love it. He had a habit to drink in two places, now he drinks only from the fountain. In about 2 months I got an issue, the pump stopped working, so I could not get a replacement from Amazon. I sent a message to [email protected] asking whether I can replace it. Happened on Saturday, I got a reply from Emily within an hour with a video how to clean-up the pump, as the first remediation step to try. There was a little brush included with this product, and I was wondering what is for? Now I know. While I was cleaning the pump my a 21 years cat was watching me impatiently. And..Wow, after the cleaning it started to work again!!! He is very happy and enjoys drinking water again sending a big thank to Emily at Rellaty support.

We previously purchased an expensive, round metal fountain, with multiple fountain heads. The base was so low to the floor it would collect dirt, hair and dust pretty quickly. You had to refill it fairly often.
That said, THIS fountain is great and a great price! The higher fountain base helps to avoid dirt, hair and dust collecting in the water. You can also fill it with quite a bit of water (I can usually fill it with a 1 and 1/2 pitcher of water), which means you don't have to refill it often. We have two cats who both drink from it, and I clean and refill it once a week. It's fairly quiet and it has a nice LED light (not too bright) so you don't bump into it at night. I was surprised it was such good quality for the price! I would definitely recommend.
