Great Alternative to the Name Brands!

I've been suffering from a flare up of tendonitis in my right elbow - the pain shoots down from my elbow, down my forearm and into my fingertips. Ibuprofen and a pain patch helps manage the pain so I can function. I was using some brand name patches, but the price was ridiculous for only a few patches. These patches are just as effective. The only small issue is with adhesion - if you stick the patch once, it's adheres great. I've had it stay on the entire work day. However, if try to lift and reposition it, you will lose adhesion. So not a dealbreaker, but just something to know. I highly recommend!
Very helpful

These have been so helpful for my back when I'm having pain. They stick very well, stay on till I'm ready to take them off. There's more in the package than any I can find in stores and the price is more affordable. The medication on these allow me to sleep in peace and function during the day.
Relieves pain at least as well as other brands of 4% lidocaine patches.

[Originally I wrote "And costs a lot less." Not true today; I was all set to reorder but noticed the price had gone up 33% since August 2--one month ago. If a person is on a tight budget, that hurts, Amazon.] I tried one on each shoulder at bedtime two nights ago (one damaged and one missing rotator cuff) and slept through the night. I used none last night and slept badly. I'll be trying it again tonight to test whether the first time was a fluke. [Update: It continues to help a lot; I put a half patch on each shoulder and wear them for 24 hours. Even though the lidocaine wears off, I find the patches act as a kind of athletic tape, helping my shoulder joints stay in place.
I will say that this patch adheres better that other "floppy" brands. (You know the kind I mean--very floppy, tending to fold over on itself while I am trying to put it on; however, I had practice with the CareLand brand so I'm pretty good at it now, in spite of my really bad shoulders.) Some brands are less floppy--the Welmate brand, for instance, but none of them "grabs" my skin and stays put the way these do.

Don't stay on as well as name brand

They did work when I first put them on, but soon "rolled up" as I started moving around. I have severe, excruciating sciatica and sometimes can't get out of bed until the lidocaine begins working.
Works as intended

I like these patches. They work for mild pain & are easy to apply and remove. They stay in place until you take them off and they do not hurt the skin when removing. They seem more affordable then the drugstore patches.
