The people saying that this product "bent on first use" or is "soft metal" or "it will break" are just straight up lying to you. Which makes me believe that they are staff from competing companies trying to push buyers onto their own similar product.
This item can NOT be bent or broken or is of "soft" metal of any kind, that is total BS! This shoehorn is very thick, heavy and well-balanced, all indications of a well-constructed product. It's not good for travel though because of its size and weight, but great for home use.
I only wish that it had a nice leather strap to attach through the hole to hang it in spots that don't take the hook set up. But make no mistake, this is great product for sure. The low scoring people are just lying for their own sales gain for sure. Don't be fooled by them paid posers.
