Treadmills are a tough business to be in. They can cost thousands of dollars, and not deliver much more than this treadmill. This was sitting around $300 when I purchased it. This was important, as we needed a treadmill with a high weight capacity, while still being relatively small for our house and small for our wallets. The treadmill works as described, and I have not noticed the issues other people have with it. I purchased the two year extended warranty because of the issues I saw other people having, but I don't expect I will have problems. Runs just as well as a treadmill I grew up with, which I know cost several hundred dollars more.
My main criticism for this treadmill is that the foldability is not quite as easy as they make it seem. It requires a Hex Key wrench (which it does come with). Two screws at the lower front of the treadmill need to be loosened to allow it to fold up, and then tightened to keep it in the folded, upright position. It is a little bit more work than I would like to stow away and bring back out.
Otherwise, no problems so far!

Very little assembly required. I have spinal stenosis and it's very difficult to walk any distance. This will hopefully help me get rhe exercise I need because I can use it several times a day and take frequent breaks when needed.

Hi! I researched for 2 years on treadmills under $350 that could sustain 300 pounds. I purchased this treadmill in June and it quickly arrived on June 25th. I'm 5'2 and weighed 269 pounds (down 11 pounds so far!).
^The machine holds my weight very well.
^The instructions aren't great but just use your brain and it's easy to figure out.
^I'm a single female and live alone and was able to put it together no problem! It's not that heavy and has wheels!
^I live in a 555 sq foot apartment and it fits great!
^You can adjust the speed by holding the + and - signs.
^There's space for a book/phone/iPad and water bottle.
Cons:
*There isn't an incline adjustment.
*It is loud for a few seconds when you plug it in. Otherwise, it's pretty quiet for a machine.
*My wifi isn't compatible with the app but I'm okay with that. I just want to walk. :-)
*The belt or machine has been making a slight squeak sound the last week or two. I walk with my AirPods in so I don't mind.
All in all, a very good treadmill so far!
I'll update more when I have had it longer.

I used to have an old, rickety treadmill. Finally that one was too unsafe to use.
This one is a decided improvement! It's sturdy. The belt is about as long as the old one, but this one is built SOLID. So, I can steady myself easily while using it!
The readout is pretty good. I used to get annoyed that it only has one digital readout and cycles through, time, distance, calories; but I've gotten used to it.
I didn't gong the social aspect provided by this treadmill all that helpful. I tried it once, but I'm not waiting around to run with others. I just flip on the tv and get in the treadmill.
Lubricating this one is much easier than the last one. There's just a little hole you pour the lubricant in.
I've only had this about a month. So, we'll see how long it lasts. But so far I'm impressed.
