Edit: Customer service was excellent. defective parts were quickly replaced even though we were pass the return window.
This product works pretty well *if* you are shipped the correct parts. 2 of the 3 rails we purchased came with a top metal rod that was too long and therefore unusable. We originally only installed 2 sides on the bed and discover the first rails defect and returned to amazon and got a new rail with the correct length of rods. We just got around to installing the 3rd side (because things take time with a baby) and found that it is also defective and the top rod is again too long. Amazon says we missed the return window. I messaged the company. If they do respond and send the correct parts I'll update and improve my review.

I like this fence a lot, I like how easy it is to set up. You basically just slide it under your bed. You can easily adjust the height of the fence, you can also lock the fence. This is really useful to keep my baby from falling off the bed.
Love the size, there is improvements the manufacturer could make.

I love the fact that this is custom to the size of your bed. Back in the day, you could only get a small one, and it didn't span the entire length of the bed. With that being said, it is unstable on it's own, and you really do need to buy multiple pieces to make it stable, which becomes expensive.
I do not like the options to secure in place - either velcro or screws. Both options are a permanent item, and rather cumbersome to do one or the other (at least on my bed, because it's a poster bed). I would really like the manufacturer to make this with a Y strap vs the current options. I think it would be more secure and also more flexible, especially if you change beds.

I don't know how to change my original review. I've seen many others with the same issue, the net is too small. It's not. Put the top and sides together. Slide the side legs into the zipper sides. Connect the bottom bars and slide into the sleeve. Now connect the bottom bar to the sides, you may need help. It took me about an hour and a half, literally in the middle of the night but it's great now that it's together!
