Good product and excellent customer service

In the past I purchased a set of their dog training collars and sent them back thinking that it wasn't a good product. This turns out to be untrue. I looked at other systems like theirs and tried them out. I have found that Bousnic's system works GREAT! I sent back the other manufacturer's units because I found Bousnic's system isn't the problem. It's my pup's. Bousinc's system is very user friendly and intuitive. I found the problem is that one of my Frenchies is totally bull headed and pays attention to commands when HE wants to. Even at the highest setting on static 'reminder' he ignores it. With no fight or discussion, Bousnic sent me a new collar to replace what I thought was defective. Swapped it out for the original, still no response. My other Frenchie follows all commands using the collar: Beep to come and get a reward, vibrate to stop a bad behavior and just a minor static 'reminder' and he responds and gets a reward for being a good dog. Their customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. The newer version of the original collar has an updated on/off button and works like a charm. I have swapped collars on my dogs to be sure it wasn't a hardware issue. It's a dog issue. Bousnic has taken MY case to their R&D department and is looking into improvements that may help with my stubborn pup and how I can get him to respond. If you're looking for a great training system at an incredible price point check out their products.
Great product, except it doesn't last very long.

I love that these collars hold a charge for a long time, have a good range, have lots of sound and buzz options, are easy to use, and worked really well with my dog. Today was my first disappointment. After less than one year (purchased in April 2023) of use with our puppy, one of the collars failed. It stopped working in the middle of a walk and won't charge at all now. When you plug it in, the light doesn't flash nor does it buzz. It is dead. Since we had two collars and used them fairly randomly, the one that died really had only about 6 months of light use. Our dog is not a swimmer, so it was never submerged. It was stored indoors in a warm dry area. Yet, I doubt I charged it 5 times before it failed. The batteries are not easily replaced, either. I'd have given it 5 stars before this failure. I guess I still have one collar, but it's still a bummer. Hopefully the next generation last longer.
UPDATE: Last night, I took out the four corner screws on the back of the unit, opened it up, disconnected and reconnected the battery lead on the circuit board, and the unit started working again. Apparently the connection was not very tight to start with and got loosened enough with use to break the electrical connection. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars since the unit technically is not unusable, just maybe not assembled as well as it could have been or the connections are not good enough for moderate use.

Slight easy assembly prior to first use. You do need to hold the power button for a lengthy time to get it to power on or off. The collar has plenty of length to adjust to a dog's neck. I like the adjustability of the tool, its levels as well as the ability to easily choose between noise and vibration (I don't use the shock, although testing it on myself, it gets your attention but doesn't hurt) for my 50-lb, female GWP. It is light weight and doesn't slow her down as she enjoys a field run, but also allows me to remind her of her task before she gets out of bounds. I haven't tried it in a water setting to see how it does, although directions say it is built for that. The control fits well in my hand, although I wish it came with a lanyard rather than just a wrist loop. The seller followed up with email with link to a training guide as well as contact options if I had further questions. I am a recreational user, wanting to enjoy time with a dog off lead, and this works well for my purposes.
long lasting and great for my buddies

i have 3 big dogs and so far i love these remote control, this one is so far have been one of my favorite. The dogs, does so well with the remote. You can hear it from far away and it last pretty long. I don't need to use it much, only when i am training or if they're out in the yard and doesn't hear me, i would use it. It's been a month and the battery is still full.
This product is perfect for your stubborn buddy

American Pit Bull Terrier and the American Staffordshire Terrier mix (Onyx) was never a problem, he just needed to brush up on a small list of commands. But maaannn the collar made short work of the list, got everything on the list on the FIRST DAY OF ARRIVAL!!! (It's Pitbull Certified folks)
Now on to my Chowchow/ Rat terrier mix (Phoenix). We didn't raise him from a puppy like Onyx was. He did not listen to commands, he would get into the garbage, none stop barking in the middle of the night, wouldn't come into the house from outside time. And the biggest problem was running out the front door when the kids are leaving and coming in from school. Luckily we live on a dead end street so its not too stressful its just really annoying. He ran outside when I went to get this product from the front door ironically. But hear this.. we put the collar on, and found out he's just HELLA stubborn. Started listening to commands from the sound feature alone. No vibration or shock touched. I tested the waters a bit and left the front door open, to see what he would do. And HE SAT BY THE FRONT DOOR AND WOULDNT GO. AGAIN FIRST DAY OF ARRIVAL!
First night: COMES INSIDE WITH ONE BEEP FROM THE COLLAR!
NOT A PEEP FROM HIM THE WHOLE NIGHT OR THE MORNING AFTER.
only barks when someone comes to the door which is fine.
I have not used the shock feature on either collars and really dont need to ,but it's good to have the option just for emergencies.
I'd say give it a try and see for yourself. It worked miracles for me and my family
