The media could not be loaded. It does the job. As long as you're okay with the below listed pro's and con's then it's not a bad deal.
Pros
- Fits great in my hand and my kids have no problem holding on to it too.
- Gets hot really fast. From completely off for several hours to pressing the button, it literally takes 10 seconds to heat up.
- Level 4 is almost too hot. I never used it stranded on a snowy road trying to walk home but at least I know this option is available in case I ever find myself in these conditions.
- Easy to use. My 4 year old seen me use it once and now she plays with it all the time.
- My kids dropped it 4 times and it still works.
- It comes in a 2 pack. My kids don't have to fight over 1.
Cons
- It only gets hot on the back side. The side with the screen doesn't get hot. It's not a problem but an annoyance to keep flipping it.
- Battery doesn't last long. I charged it to 100% and only used it on level 2 for 4 minutes and it was already at 88%. Looking at other similar products this seems to be the norm.

These have some but not too much weight to them and they heat up in what seams like seconds. I love that they are multi purposed and have the light and can be used as a power pack as well. I bought this item in 3 different colors for me and my kids for a trip to Canada, but will definitely be using it through the winter! They are perfectly sized to fit in your hands to warm your whole hand. I love that it come with a double charging cord to allow you to charge both while only occupying 1 usb port. These are a must have!

Great for coat and hat heaters! Sewed in thin socks in my base layer and made them just stretchy enough not to drop out. Even sew! In 2 days the sock was loose as I removed it in and out and these are fragile according to owners manual. "Don't drop.."
So I used a durable key ring in addition to a bit more sewing for a double connection with outfit and sock. These stay charged and toasty with 30% charge left at 8 pm. Just 4 minutes to set up charge and then put them in the base layer AM. Great for 8 hours of toasty heat. So hot even at lowest heat setting I wear another layer inside the base layer for even toasty heat otherwise too hot in spots and reduced spots. I used long socks to heat a sock radius area by flipping them around. Best is buy more. Bought 4 buying 4 more for all over. Need a windproof layer for outdoors in wind and rain, heaters even as good as this for inside aren't enough..Highly recommend a dry layer inside two waterproofing layers like PVC with heaters sicks inside base layer for this. The heaters are Great for winter outages no power out!

I work in a University lab and the lab temperature always keep under 70 degree and make everyone feel so cold. I always have a freezing fingers and wear the coat even in Summer. This hand warmer is my gift to our lab graduate students and they all like it so much. So I order one for myself ( I totally buy 4 hand warmers) and it immediately get my hands warm whole day. I only need the L1 level and the temperature is warm for me. Under the L1 level it can last more than 13 hrs and still have 50% of power. The light function is an extra benefit it is not super bright but nice for looking something in the dark place. Not alone the power bank function to charge my cellular phone, I used it for more than two months and every function working flawlessly. It's a great buy and amazing hand warmer.

They work exactly as advertised. I have been trying to acclimate my hands to dog walks and fetch without gloves and these have been quite helpful in the process. They get comfortably warm and feel good in hand. The battery life is pretty lame but they come with a dual charger and I pretty much just plug them in overnight every 3-4 days.
I do wish that the button placement was better thought out as the middle button can accidentally be pressed during use. Not a deal breaker.
