This oven works great for the price point. Many reviewers that say they can't keep the temperature up just don't know how to lite it and keep it fueled correctly. Very easy once you get the process down. I recommend watching a few how to videos to help speed up the learning curve. Takes a good 20-25 mins to heat up. Once its ready, pizza takes 2-3 mins depending on the amount of toppings. Overall. Easy to assemble. Very portable. And fun to work if you like food and fire.
The only issues I have after 2 months of use deals with the front and rear door warping slightly due to the high heat. Sometimes it makes the front door stick. Rear door warps and doesn't sit tight to the frame which allows more air to enter the fire box. Not a big deal but can be improved.
