I use this protein in my smoothies my yogurts my coffee and in my treats that I make I had protein and everything this vanilla protein is very sweet so when you added to your coffee you don't need to add sweetener or creamer if you add it to your oatmeal it's vanilla so it just gives a little more of a vanilla taste I do fine when it is mixed in hot it does clump a little so you might need a whisker. But 30 g of protein is very good it's very good when you mix with peanut butter yogurt and this protein and you freeze it it's a good treat

This Body Fortress is pretty good, especially for the cost. The flavor is ok, strawberry isn't super sweet, but not bad. It mixes decent w/ a blender ball, but there's an occasional small clump, and the strawberry flavor has little bits of some type of pink strawberry-type stuff in it, but it's not really noticeable. I've gotten chocolate as well, and again, it's a decent taste but not as flavor packed as other brands, but $20 bucks for a 2 lb tub can't be beat.

I usually buy this company's Isolate protein powder, and it tastes similar to this. They both taste great. Best chocolate protein powder I've tasted. When I couldn't get Isolate, I got this regular Whey, and I noticed that it clumps up a lot more. Also, the scoop is larger, so even when its the same size as the Isolate, you'll be using more of this product with each scoop, and it won't last as long. Of course, It's always tough to tell whether a product is working without falling prey to the placebo effect, but it seems like fine whey to me.

I'm still pretty new to my fitness journey so I'm on the look out for good tasting protein. I gotta say this is really good! My favorite way is to make a shake with 1 frozen banana, ice, milk and a scoop of this strawberry protein. It's so filling and delicious that I will definitely get this flavor again, I want to also try the others available
