After having chocolate flavor for a few years I was kind of in the market for a new flavoring, I decided to take my chance on this flavor in particular and it did not miss by a bit. I looked forward to my protein shake after my workouts practically.
The flavors of it felt almost like cheating on a diet, it was sweet and rich and flavorful. If I had to describe it, it was near that to a strawberry cake.
The only complaint though, which could be on my end by all means. I had issues blending it, no matter what I did it would end up clumped at the bottom of my glass someway or another, despite using warmer waters and mixing utensils. If I was lucky sometimes, it would get blended in completely. Most of the time though, that wasn't the case.
I would absolutely recommend this protein powder though complaints aside. If you want something that makes your after workout routine into a treat, this is the protein powder for you.

I've bought protein powder before and have been disappointed in the taste. I took a chance on the strawberry and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I mixed in 2% milk and it tasted just like nestle Strawberry Quik-just thicker. I picked up the chocolate at the store and it wasn't bad, I'm just really not a chocolate milk person. I also ordered the vanilla but haven't tried it yet. I'm hoping it's as good as the strawberry. I seriously need to up my protein intake and it won't be a problem with the strawberry flavor. I'm happy it has 30 g of protein in one scoop-most have 20 or less. 3 a day would give me close to the suggested 100 g of protein/day.

I've never taken protein powder but I wanted a bigger butt LOL. I was gonna get the chocolate flavor cuz CHWOCLET!!! But decided to get strawberry cuz it's more versatile in shakes like strawberry banana and other fruits! And it just adds an extra strawberry flavor! Artificial ofc but still yummy. And I throw in every random fruit and veggies I need that I wouldn't eat otherwise and the strawberry really covers up the taste! I'd like to think it's helped muscle soreness but honestly I don't work out that hard and it HAS indeed inflated a bit!!! So that's the evidence I needed to write this review hahaha. I initially tried to just mix it with water and whisk/shake it and even tried hot water to chug quickly but it will clump no matter what and taste like chalky pepto bismol type vibe and it's very cringe so blending is the way to go.

I've used this whey for so many years. One bc it's at every Walgreens and Walmart in the south very accessible but secondly bc I use to could get almost 2lbs for 10$ less than you could other brands with only 1.5lb or equal to.
Now though they are just as expensive and raised their prices like the others. It's a shame really. So I'll find another generic whey to take.

Gotten back to working out again and hard at it for the past three months. It's always hard to know how much of my strength and bulk I have gained is strictly from working out, or a combination of that plus the Whey Protein. My belief is that is helps some...but probably not as much as what some would have you believe. But for sure 30 grams of protein is great, with little fat, sugar, or carbs. The taste is fine....not so sure why some complain about it, unless they are not mixing it enough. You absolutely have to use a shaker bottle or a blender. No spoon in a cup is going to mix this powder well. I am pleased with this product...after an intense workout it feels good going down.
