I love the Sauna. I am a petite person of 5"2" so the only problem I found with it is that my feet do not reach the floor. The lighting and bluetooth feature is great. It gets plenty hot. It has a cup holder and towel hook so those are nice extras as well. A six foot person does fit in it with no problem.

I was super hesitant to purchase this, I thought about it for like 6 months...I'm so glad I finally did it. Me and my husband put it together in about 20 mins. I have used it twice this week, and it's so amazing. Super easy to hook my phone up to the bluetooth, and it has an integrated FM radio. Heats up quick and feels great. I really like the simplicity of assembling the sauna. Works great! Gets very hot! The one thing I was not happy with the packaging one of the corners of the side pieces was broken. I felt like it was to much hassle to return. Overall I am happy with the purchase other than the broken piece as it does not impact the functionality of the unit.

Very easy to assemble, arrived on time. Small enough to fit in our bedroom.
Heats up in about 12 minutes. We use it almost every day. Convenient Bluetooth allows for listening to podcasts while sitting inside. Got it for the health benefits for cardiovascular health and detoxifying (read Rhonda Patrick's articles about it). I have always had good blood pressure (95/65) but recently it had gone a bit higher (128/85). After les than a month of usage I noticed it went back down to the usual lows. Also, my Fitbit had been showing a resting heart rate of 65-68 and that has come down to an average of 63 in just one month.
Highly recommend.
