I didn't have any great expectations when I signed up for Tello, just needed to lower my cell phone bill. From the super assistance in getting started, to zero problems with data and service I have to give Tello 5 stars. Give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised.

So first off I am a long time member of tello and was up until December of last year I had them for 3 years. I can't say much bad about them they really are a great company with great customer service. The calls are always crisp and I never once in 3 years had a dropped call. Now they used to be on the sprint network but they are now on T-Mobile which I feel was a good move on their part more phone options to bring with you. Its simple to check and see if your phone will work with their network before purchasing a plan and a new sim card. This is a budget service but you get great quality in that service not the budget service you think you would get. They ship the sim cards out fast after you ordering and before you know it your ready to connect. They send a sim card that will fit in size to many different phones, which is a great plus. I used to use the google pixel 4a on mine and the google pixel 2 before that. I have purchased their phones before which are set up for their network but unless you get a sale which they do have often then the phones are way over priced.

You get free unlimited calling international that was added last year which is great if you have family overseas. They have plans as low as like $8 if I remember right I used to use on a regular basis a $10 plan which gave me 1gb of data and unlimited text and talk. I never had one issue with any texts not going through or calls either was always perfect. Even though this review is about this card I just wanted people to know that it is a good company to go with if you don't want alot of fuss on a prepaid service, much better than tracfone. I gave this to my mom because I was tired of her not having a phone with her up in age and on the road a bit I didn't want her breaking down and not having a way to call. It was easy to set up and ready to go in a few minutes. She loves her new service and its cheaper than the tracfone she came with. Just know if you want to bring your own phone it has to be a unlocked phone because we had to buy my mom a google pixel 4 to use it because her tracfone was locked. Downfall to this you can not add this card to an existing plan it has to be for new plans. They have a referral system too you refer someone you get $10 on your account and so do they to use towards a phone or their plan for the following month. Just so your aware I did not leave tello because there was anything wrong with them I just wanted a company that gave me a upgrade option to my phones that was wireless and not prepaid or I would still be with them. My mom however loves them now and I recommend this company hands down for cheap phone service, simple yet good quality. My 4 star is only based on the card that you can't add to existing plan the company and service is a 5 star.
