No issues with the product but would recommend you don't pass off a computer to the unskilled, overpaid Postal worker who left it outside the door at our business address when it wasn't open.

When I first set this up, it wasn't connecting to the new gaming monior that I purchased seperately. I contacted customer service. They answered right away, were very pleasant and concerned with my issue. I explained I didn't know that much about computers. They suggested that I might not have connected the cable to the right in/out put. I tried several different cables and settings, hdmi and dpi, and even hooked the compter up to another monitor, still nothing. Soooo....... I watched a few youtube videos and googled a few topics on the matter. I unplugged everything and started all over, no luck. I took out the little battery, waited and reinserted it, nope not the problem. Then I took out and blew air the ram/memory sticks and replaced them. It seems the ram/memory sticks were the problem, maybe one was a little loose or had some dust on them, there were four of them. When I reinserted them and turned everything back on "IT WORKED" !!!!! The computer is up and running and looks and sounds wonderful. Whew... what an ordel for someone who really doesn't know that much about how the electronics works. I did not want to exchange the computer for another as this was a surprise for my son, and he was due home in a few days. He says the grapics are great and he loves it. After looking and researching about gaming computers and grapic cards and ram and memory and fans, I found this was a really good deal. Customer service followed up with an email to see if I had gotten it work. I am very happy and my son is very happy.

Okay so I have alot to say, first off the computer is amazing! It's lightning quick and super responsive which is what I needed for a budget gaming PC. It's my first ever desktop and in two days of having it I've already fallen in love, already got it updated, personalized, and got it set up with windows 11 pro and it runs like a beast. I love how comfy the mouse is in my hand and the mousepad is extremely comfy as well, the RGB lights on the fans come with a small remote for controlling the strobe, turning the brightness up/down, changing the color, and turning it on and off,
however the light on the top will not turn off which is slightly disappointing. The Keyboard can change through four different lighting modes or you can turn the lights on it off but the keyboard is slightly uncomfortable seeing as the keys are so high up compared to the board it's made me accidentally press keys I didn't mean to. The mousepad glows which was an absolute shock but it's pretty cool to see, unfortunately you can't change the color though and it has to stay plugged in. The Sound bar is the coolest accessory in the kit as it blows my old speaker out of the water with it's amazing surround sound, the thing is extremely responsive and has a wide range of volume options which is always desirable, I also love the lighting on it, it even comes able to tune into FM radio! Unfortunately the HDMI port would not work When I unpackaged it. I'm not very tech savvy but my younger brother is and so he accessed the bios menu and switched it to integrated graphics while using a different monitor then switched back to the one I was going to use until I could buy my own since he was letting me borrow his, it seems that my HDMI port won't work for some odd reason and this really upsets me because I was going to use my desktop to do streaming and make videos which i wont be able to do unless i figure out the problem since i need a capture card for my console and that requires HDMI output. Other than that I have very few complaints and almost nothing but praise!!! This is the route you want to go if you need a budget friendly gaming PC without a doubt! Would Highly recommend!!! 4.9 out of 5!!!

Edit: Okay so the Keyboard can strobe slowly by pressing the light key + FN key to the left of it so that was nice, also the mousepad does change colors and strobe on one light mode but you have to repeatedly press this very hard to notice button on the mousepad's Jack. My impression of the computer has gone up slightly!

1. I read reviews about the rx580 and the ONLY issue is the wifi really. So I bought a wifi dongle before hand even tho is come wirh one everyone said to get a better one.
2. The mouse it looks like they heard the complaints ans made is about 5% better lol alright seriously I bought a razer before hand.
3. The keyboard I wanted to try it. Honestly it's really cool looking but really cheap. The shift key jammed once shorted the keyboard and froze the computer within an hour of opening it. Unplugged the keyboard plugged back in wouldnt. Work. Unplugged it again turned the computer off, turned it back on hasn't had an issue since 3 days later. It's a 400 dollar computer. Don't expect the world from it but if you're lucky you can get a good money form every option. I recommend getting an Intel i3 10400 tho to put in it, it will just run better. Also I got the 8gb ram one and received the 16gb so buy now if you're thinking about it. Ohhh and the speaker, it's a free speaker so yay lol

clearly this PC is on the lower end, but to be honest it runs games like Fortnite and VAL pretty well. on Fortnite I get around 144 FPS without performance mode and VAL around 200 FPs without changing any settings. It also is ablet to stream but decently struggles recording. overall It looks great and runs pretty well for the price I would think about it for a cheaper option for a PC.
