I used on my low roof transit as insulation and noise damper. I covered it with trunk fabric. Its excellent as noise dampening inside and out and good at keeping cold metal at bay. Nothing but inches of real insulation can keep a van somewhat insulated so I knew what I was getting into. Love they way it turned out.

The material cuts easily with a sharp utility blade with an easy to peel paper backing. We found that cutting through the paper backing made a cleaner cut on the metallic side. Installation was easy with two people working together to keep things aligned as the paper backing is gradually removed and the (very) sticky back is applied to the wall. The adhesive appears to be excellent "¦ time will tell. We sealed all seams between sheets with 3M high temperature aluminum ducting tape and were very satisfied with the appearance and fit. All in all, an excellent product with reasonable sound deadening and heat reflecting characteristics.

After receiving and installing the product, I went back and placed two more orders. It seemed to be a bit on the thin side but it works well. Installation was easier than I thought it would be. Peel and stick. I removed a little backing at a time and installed in sections. I installed the product on ceiling of my Toyota Van. After taking some measurements I will be ordering more.
