I did not buy this sauna from Amazon, but it is the same one.
I am a woman and I did need to get help from my neighbor to set this up. It is pretty easy, but some of the pictures are quite small so we did have to figure a few things out and watch the video for help, otherwise took us about 3 hrs. One thing is the seat is not permanently affixed so it does tilt up when you get up, not a big deal.
It did heat up to about 130 degrees in 15 mins and let me tell you those heaters are so hot it feels a lot hotter. I planned to do a 45 min session, but I had to push to do 30 mins. I had a full body sweat, it was amazing. This sauna is way better than the one I pay for at a spa.
Control over each heater, I didn't understand why this was so great until now. I had to turn the heater at the feet off because it was so hot so I can see why this is a benefit.
I love the compact size and it has a very attractive look, I am only 5'2" so there is no size issue for me, but I can see why some may say they wish there was a bigger size, check the dimensions. With the red light on it looks BAD A$$.
In summary I love it!

This product works great. It does get up to a 150 degrees and looks amazing. During the installation I needed a replacement glass and the customer service was very helpful. They responded with in a day everytime I wrote them and shipped the replacement quickly. The only complaint I have is the installation instructions are a little small to read. But the video posted above will show you exactly how to install this sauna. I wish the instruction manual would have provided a link to this video. Other than that we are very happy with our purchase and give the customer service 5 stars as well.

Its a great sauna for the money. We have used it about 20 times so far and everything works perfectly. Heats up super fast and holds in the heat very well. they do need to work on the instructions. better photos and larger print would help. it was packed on a pallet and packed very well. no damage.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this sauna because it is a great price compared to similar saunas. Also love that it plugs in to a regular outlet and has not tripped my breaker. Also I needed a sauna that reached 150° and this one hits that with about 25 minutes pre-warm before I get in. It's very spacious for one person but a small couple could also fit in comfortably. It came packaged perfectly and I put it together by myself. The instructions could be made more clear and include more details. I ended up with a lot of leftover screws : / but everything works fine. It looks great in our master bedroom. I love it! I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking for one. I'm not sure what I'm looking at in my EMF readings so I'll let you all be the judge by looking at my video.
